In contrast with cPanel, with Hepsia you can keep 1 account in order to superintend all your blogs, files, mails, databases, hostnames, billing transactions and technical support tickets, and to explore your web site stats (whereas cPanel demands another user account login for domain name and invoice administration procedures; at times even a third user account login is wanted for the client support section!!!). The multi-functional, point & click File Manager added in Hepsia will probably render the usage of any FTP application needless. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the Operating System options arriving with the dedicated website hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a typical device only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is supplied free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs in one hosting user account. This is feasible thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/administration services. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting Control Panel platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your hostnames in one hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel setups do not present such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager section and for that reason they require 2 separate accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support user account and 1 web site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will note that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP tools can work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
